Question: Why the tracking number provided don't have any information update?
Answer: Processing time usually takes between 3-7 days, but may take up to 2 weeks.

Please contact us at info Support@yesfashion.com if your tracking number is not up after 2-3 weeks.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
