Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At YESFASHION, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.


Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@yesfashion.com. Once your cancellation request is received, you will receive an email confirmation.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

If your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to recall the package from the shipping carrier. If the recall is successful, a full refund will be issued. If the recall attempt is unsuccessful, you are required to refuse the delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver the package.

After the refund is issued, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


30-Day Return Policy

YESFASHION offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may request a return for a refund or an exchange, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error, including but not limited to receiving a defective item, a damaged product, the wrong size, or an incorrect item.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be brand new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unmodified

  • The item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup marks, or other signs of use

  • All original tags, labels, and washing instructions must remain attached and intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, manuals, accessories, inserts, and any complimentary gifts received with the order

  • The item must be in a condition suitable for resale

YESFASHION reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable and Special Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective upon arrival. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Accessories

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Intimate or personal apparel

If any of the above items arrive with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact our Customer Service team within the return period. Such cases will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please email support@yesfashion.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

Once your request is approved, our Customer Service team will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without receiving this authorization.

Return Shipping Instructions

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. YESFASHION is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We do not accept returns sent via Freight Collect (FTC) or Cash on Delivery (COD). Any such packages will be refused.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Shipping fees are determined by the carrier selected by the customer.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

YESFASHION reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements.

Refund Limitations and Promotions

If your order included promotional discounts, coupons, or “full reduction” offers, refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.

Used coupons or promotional codes will not be reissued or reinstated after a return or refund.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges (if applicable) are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 30 days after receiving the refund approval email, please contact us at support@yesfashion.com. Our Customer Service team will assist you in checking the refund status.
