1．How Can I Trace My Order?
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your YesFashion account.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us, in this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.
2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (or email to email@example.com) Now!
3．Why didn't I Get A Tracking Code?
Standard shipping offers great low rate shipping, however orders under $30 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code.
If you have used one of our other shipping methods, or your order is over $30 using standard shipping and have not received a tracking code, check your order status, it may have not been shipped yet. You will be emailed the tracking code when the order is made.

4．Is Shipping Included in The Prices?
If products are marked "free shipping", then you do not need to pay for shipping cost. We offer free shipping globally.
For products without "free shipping", you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Please put the desired number of items in your shopping cart and then click to the checkout page, and then you can find shipping prices for different shipping services.
